Kenneth Walker Dance Project (KDWP) is a vehicle for nationally recognized choreographer Kenneth Walker. KWDP appeared this summer at both the prestigious Piccolo Spoleto Festival in Charleston, South Carolina and the AAPHERD Southeast Conference in Virginia. KWDP has appeared at the Los Angeles Dance Invitational, Palm Desert Choreography Under the Stars, Miles Playhouse in Santa Monica, and Central Coast Summerfest in Monterey, California. Mr. Walker’s choreography has been well received. John Meehan former director of ABT Studio Company, now currently with Hong Kong Ballet, described Walker’s Savage Grace as “…a fun piece, full of energy with some nice choreographic invention;” and, Alun Jones, former director of Louisville Ballet called it “tremendous.”
